Season of Koffee encapsulated

Yet another season of Koffee With Karan the most popular talk show hosted by Karan Johar on Star World came to an end.The third season was high on controversy and bare all conversations. All the industry's bigwigs joined Kjo over the coffee on his so called couch that's famous for making the guests switch on the best in them while fighting in the rapid faire round afterall the koffee hamper counts more than the filmfare awards and national awards. The first episode featured Junior B alongwith his always elegent and poised better half the very beautiful Aishwarya Rai. It was a graet experience to see the two of them together for the first time in an out and out talk show.A perfect opening for the season. Abhi-Aish make a great couple and and an even bigger brand so undoubtedly the show kickstarted with a bang. Viewers are going to miss Karan and his Koffee for sure every sunday at 9pm. Instantly the wait for the next season has started. In the second episode it was Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan's turn to taste the koffee and believe it or not even during the many re-runs this episode is going to make people laugh like anything. Ranbir-Imram the famous friends turned foes turned rivals showed so much love for each other that they even kissed each other in very much the Dostana climax.But the episode that set the tone of this season was the featuring Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, they not only had a great time with Karan but chose his couch to say that they always wanted to say about Ranbir Kapoor.Both the newbies giggled,bitched and made the episode garner awesome TRPs.The new year 2011 saw an altogether different side of SRK. For the first time in the history of Koffee with Karan SRK appeared as the solo guest. In all the episode of the previous seasons he came with friends from the film fraternity, this time around he was all alone in a candid conversation with his best friend Karan Johar though he joked that he is through with Karan and Adi but their chemistry on the show was kind of never seen before. SRK even made Karan shed some tears on the national television probably for the first time, the director par excellence famous for making viewers cry their heart out was himself in tears and certainly all those who saw had a lump in their throats.SRK was first time seemed a little vulnerable, the man who is undoubtedly the most wittiest person on planet earth showed a side of him that people had never seen. A memorable episode.
There were many stars who made their debut in the show. Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma were seen together.Karan failed to squeeze the truth out of them about whether they are dating each other or not. They are energetic,charming and certainly the flavour of the season.Bittoo and Shruti's chemistry is as irresistible off-screen as it is on-screen.
Some unexpected guests also graced this season with their presence. And Ajay Devgan was one of them.Rani Mukherji and Vidya Balan came together and very much like Ranbir-Imran they too showed affection for each other.No one Killed Jessica stars were witty and sensuous at the same time.Vidya sucked Rani's thumb in her inimitable style, they kissed as well.All in all a good watch. Madhuri Dixit and Sonakshi sinha featured together in an episode one an yesteryear queen and another an upcoming heart-throb.
Farhan Akhtar and Zoya Akhtar the completely contrast siblings on one hand Farhan was quiet on the show and on the other hand we had the chirpy Zoya. To watch the dynamic siblings was a real treat.
They had a great time on the show. Not once they made us realise that they were there for a talk show it always felt they were having a drawing room discussion.Here is all the season 3 had to offer :

This season had everything people wanted to see. We got to see the techno-savvy Karan reading the questions of the rapid-fire round on his Samsung Galaxy Tab instantly making it the most sought after gadget.
But the season was also high on fashion-quotent. All the celebrities made sure they looked perfect in whatever they chose to wear.
Now we are waiting for the season 4 of this entertaining talk show where we see the unseen sides of our favourite stars.
Many secrets were disclosed and many more will be in the next season. Karan Johar knows the art conversation like no one does. Period.

Abhishek Bachchan, the leading actor in DUM MARO DUM went to Patna along with the director and the co-actor Rana Dagubbati to promote his upcoming film. The movie is slated to release on April 22. Bachchan said that the movie has been certified and cleared by the censor board but yet there was a problem regarding the fllm’s content in a negative way. He further added that the movie is full of fun and entertainment. Also, Goa women’s commission has filed a complaint against the Rohan Sippy for showing the negative image of women in the film.

Abhishek was under a forced house arrest in Patna when the CM wanted to have a meeting with the actor along with thousands of people screaming his name.

Bachchan was in no mood to leave the city. He said, "We will make our movies from here only. We've a director, a star of today and a star of tomorrow." But unfortunately for him, they had a flight to catch. So Abhishek went up to the terrace and waved to the crowd gathered below. The crowd after a while scattered allowing the actor, director and the co-actor to leave the building. Abhishek said,” "Just pray that Pa never visits you.”

Abhishek was very excited on visiting Patna. He kept tweeting about his journey. “Patna here we come! My 1st time in Patna....very excited. Abhi  abhi  Litti Chokha khaya. WOW!! Bada mazaa aaya,” tweeted Abhishek.

Today i was watching Twilight the new moon.. i would say it was not that much fun to watch but one thought kept on crossing my mind throughout the movie that somehow even all of us love to create our own world,a world where everything is exciting. Beacuse the real life sometimes becomes quite boring and mundane.We wan't a life in disguise , a life hidden from our parents,sometimes even friends.An altogether new world.
In today's time internet has become a favourite to resort to..to hooked on to for hours.Social networking sites provide a perfect platform to interact with friends and now even strangers.
Now people love to discuss things with a complete stranger..given the fact that he or she has become closer than the friends we interact in our daily life.
I interact with people on twitter on a regular basis all the handles have become a part of my life now they are my friends although virtual but they are the ones i can count on.
Facebook too is also a hugely popular social networking site but in a way it doesn't appeal me as twitter does.
I started thinking why ? Why am i more comfortable on twitter than on facebook.And now i have discovered the answer.
Ever since childhood i have been a reserved kind of girl more into movies than chatting with friends or discussing certain things that friends enjoyed.
All those who came closer to me where people who were crazy for movies as i was.
So the answer is there for all of you,On facebook i interact with people who have been associated with me through academics or people who are a part of my real life. And on twitter i interact with people who share common interest with me. All my twitter friends are crazy movie buffs, we discuss movies and other related stuff.
And icing on the cake is the presence of celebrites on twitter.

      A team that cannot afford to lose this time..Its time to show other teams wat are we made of.

SRK hates defeat its a known fact so when he bought the team Kolkata Knight riders he wanted his boys to win at any cost.His team had everything an aggressive captain in the form of Sourav Ganguly who is not only the most successful captains overseas but a very competent leader.In the inaugral season of the much hyped IPL the hopes were sky high from the Knights but when the tournament concluded they finished third last ahead of only the teams of Banglore and Hyderabad. Sohaib Akhtar could play only two matches due to injury in the rest of the matches in the first IPL bagging man of the match award once.
It was a memorable moment when SRK grabbed Akthar after he won the m.o.m award.

One of the most watchable sights in the world is to see SRK cheer for his team.. whenever the Knights won they partied like anything, its a no surprise that KKR is the most popular team in the IPL.But when they lose the sad faces of SRK and his family can make u shed a tear or two.
Second season also didnt do any good to the already low morale of the KKR team they managed to win only two matches out of 14 in their second outing in South Africa.

The third season saw a change in the uniform now the Knights had been transformed from black to purple.But the change of color could not create the expected magic and this time again they failed to enter into the semis although their performance this time in the 3rd season was their best so far.
Now the fourth season has got underway and the loyal fans of Kolkata Knight Riders still have faith in their team.No Sourav Ganguly this time, Gautam Gambhir is at the helm.
Now the Knights owe it their fans who have showed full faith in their team and are determined to cheer for them throughout the tournament.
Come on dominate this time and make KKR a force to reckon with.

Team India is the new World Champion of cricket.

 As Mahendra Singh Dhoni Lifted the world cup many Indian cricket fans throughought the world took a sigh of relief.. this was the moment we have been waiting for since the last 28 year.

The chase wasn't easy and early fall of wickets made the chase eaven more tough as Dhoni said the presentation ceremony that if the 2 wickets that fell so early in the in the innings was that of Sachin and Sehwag then the middle order certainly feels the pressure , but Yesterday nothing could deter the MEN IN BLUE as they were determined to win the coveted cuo for Sachin Tendulkar who waited all for 20 years to this moment of glory.

Gautam Gambhi played a gem of an innings of 97 though he missed out on a ton but his effort was commendable.When Gautam Gambhir got out it was left to the dashing southpaw Yuvraj Singh alongwith captain Dhoni to take India to the winning run mark. And he came and suported Dhoni like a true champion , Malinga tries all good balls from his armoury but could not shake the determination of Yuvraj who was written off just before the world cup by almost every cricket expert.

He not onbly gained his form during the cricket's extravaganza but also played a pivotal part in winning the world cup.

 And won himself the man of the series award, a well deserved achievement for Yuvi who believes in Dominating with bat and ball as well.

Winning the world cup is certainly a dream come true for this Indian team now India has become the no.1 test and ODI team of the world cricket. The responsibility has also increased now we just can't afford to play mediocre cricket. Its time for the IPL our boys have conquered the world now they will mingle with cricketers of the world to play together and win the hearts of the nation once again.

Less than 20 hours to go for the final of the Cricket's extravaganza WORLD CUP where our men in blue will be locking their horns with the Sri Lankan lions. We Indians are keeping our fingers crossed whatever happens tomorrow we want a closely fought encounter and secretly hoping our Team India captain MS Dhoni to lift the WORLD CUP....
Here wishing Yuvraj Singh to have yet another gem of an inning and some magic with the ball too. Whole India is anticipating our team to win the cup and relive the history of 1983.
WE WANT THE CUP just go for the kill. DOMINATE.
